Hot or Not ??? Jordan IX Premio sample
Props to TOEBOX_CHAMP for the pics !!
Jordan Brand describes its Bin 23 Collection as “lost stories, resurrected by passion, that are finally ready to be whispered again.” Each Premio colorway is inspired by a previous sample that did not make it into production, so what can we make of this unreleased version of the Air Jordan IX Premio Look-See sample? Will there be a Bin 23 Collection of the Bin 23 Collection? Now we're showing you this Air Jordan IX sample that features a grey-toned color scheme with snake-skin on the upper mudguard. Nike’s concerted efforts at maintaining a level of awareness to wildlife preservation could have been one major reason as to why this sample was never produced, opting for the equally luxurious White/Metallic Gold as the final release.
The Look-See sample of the Air Jordan IX Premio features a matte-finished grey snakeskin upper with a luxurious grey leather upper and cream-colored roped laces. Paired with the white midsole is a grey outsole similar to the Air Jordan IX ‘Cool Grey’ release from 2002. It’s worth pointing out that this Look-See sample and the released version have next to nothing in common, so it’s quite apparent that the minds behind the Jordan Brand Bin 23 Collection went ‘back to the drawing board’ with this one! Regardless of the reasons behind this Snakeskin sample being thrown in the vault, these are certainly a unique collector’s item that will wow even the most hard-to-please Jordan fans.
